- - Walking: Cliff-viewpoint stops involve walking on uneven or rocky paths. Comfortable footwear is recommended.
- - Cliff Viewpoints: Please follow your guide's safety instructions and stay within designated areas at Kelingking, Broken Beach, and Angel Billabong.
- - Boat Schedule: Fast boat and snorkeling boat departure times may change slightly due to sea conditions. Please allow some flexibility in your schedule.
- - Weather: If the tour, boat crossing, or snorkeling session is cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, we will offer to reschedule first. A full refund applies if rescheduling is not possible.
Important Information
- - Hotel Pickup & Meeting Point — Enjoy convenient pickup directly from your hotel or villa lobby in Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Denpasar, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Canggu, or Uluwatu. Your driver will confirm the pickup time with you via WhatsApp one day before the tour. Alternatively, you can meet us directly at Sanur Harbor, or choose to start your tour from Nusa Penida if you are already staying on the island. The tour price will be adjusted according to your pickup or meeting point, based on the distance from Sanur Harbor.
